All modules are interchangeable and additional modules can be added to customize a system to meet your purification task. PurityChrom® FPLC software controls the system it offers highly flexible method development, you have complete control of your run and it is user friendly. Two bio compatible buffer pumps perform gradients between two buffers. The conductivity monitor monitors your gradient over the entire run. Your sample is injected via the integrated injection valve and you can select the wavelength used to detect your sample. Your fractions are reliably collected in the fraction collector.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The AZURA Bio Lab System is a gradient system for complex purifications of bio molecules in a laboratory scale. It is designed and optimized for all FPLC applications like affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction and size exclusion chromatography. All system modules can be freely exchanged and further modules can be added optionally, to give you the best configuration for your purification task.</p>
<p>The standard lab system consists of a biocompatible buffer pump equipped with two pump heads to form a reliable buffer gradient. However you can also choose a quarternary low pressure pump, which can auomatically blend your buffer in line out of four stock solutions or one channel can be used for convenient sample application. Monitor your gradient using a conductivity monitor and inject samples via the multi injection valve, which also allows the optional integration of a sample pump. Detection of your samples is carried out by the integrated variable single UV wavelength detector and collected by the fraction collector. An optional column selection valve will allow you to switch between a multitude of different columns.</p>
<p>The system is controlled via the user friendly FPLC software PurityChrom, which offers a high flexibility in method developement and provides you with complete control over the whole system at any stage of the purification.</p>

<p>The Bio Lab System is a gradient system for complex purifications of biomolecules on a laboratory scale. This configuration is designed to optimize ion exchange on a laboratory scale. This special configuration includes a biocompatible buffer pump with two pumps that perform a gradient between two buffers. Samples are injected into the injection valve and the integrated single wavelength UV detector identifies your proteins. The fraction collector can collect your proteins based on time, slope, volume or time windows. ClarityChrom® FPLC software is included and offers tremendous flexibility in method development. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Bio Pilot Purification 250 HPG is designed for process applications and for laboratory scale-up. This system is optimized for purification of milligram to gram samples. All modules are interchangeable and further modules can be added to build the best configuration for each protein task. The systems two buffer pumps perform gradients between the two buffers, the conductivity monitor allows you to monitor your gradient throughout the entire run. Samples are injected through the sample pump and the integrated injection valve and you are able to choose the wavelength you want to use to detect your samples. Purified fractions are reliably collected through the fraction collect and PurityChrom® FPLC software controls the system. This software is easy to use and highly flexible in method development, predesigned methods are included, this software can easily be scaled-up by changing the column volume. Best of all you have complete control over your run.</p>

Bio Lab Purification 10 is designed for all FPLC applications. For example: ion exchange, affinity chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography and size exclusion. All component modules are interchangeable to best suit your purification. This system allows you to perform a gradient between four buffers and use the conductivity monitor to monitor your gradient through the entire run. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Bio Lab Purification 50 is a gradient system designed to purify more complex biomolecules on a laboratory scale. It is optimized for all FPLC applications including ion exchange, affinity chromatography and size exclusion. All modules are interchangeable and upgradable to ensure the optimal configuration for each purification task. A bio compatible buffer pump comes with two pump heads to perform a gradient between two buffers. The conductivity monitor enables you to monitor the gradient throughout the run. The samples is injected in the injection valve and substances are detected using the integrated single wavelength UV detectors. System includes a reliable fraction collector and is controlled by PurityChrom® FPLC software. The software is easy to use, highly flexible for method development, has pre-designed method that can easily be adapted by changing the column volume and you have complete control over the run.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bio Pilot Purification 100 is an FPLC system optimal for the purification of milligram to gram samples. It is intended for scale-up and process applications on a laboratory scale. All system modules are interchangeable an upgradeable to best suit your purification task. The Bio Pilot Purification 100 HPG has two biocompatible buffer pumps so you can perform gradients between two buffers. Gradients are monitored through the run using the conductivity monitor. There is an integrated injection valve to inject your sample into the sample pump. Freely select the wavelength to detect your sample while the fraction collector reliably collects your purified fractions. PurityChrom® FPLC software controls the system. The method development is highly flexible. You have complete control over your run. Standard methods are included in the software. These methods can be modified to optimize your results.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Bio Pilot Purification 100 LPG is designed for laboratory scale-up as well as process applications on a laboratory scale. This FPLC system is optimal for the purification of milligram to gram samples. All modules are interchangeable and additional modules can be added to configure the best system for each purification task. This system bio compatible buffer pump can perform an accurate binary or ternary gradient using the attached LPG valve block. The conductivity monitor monitors your gradient throughout the run. Samples are injected through the buffer pump and integrated injection valve. Choose the optimal wavelength to detect your sample. Included is a fraction collector, in ClarityChrom® FPLC software. The software is user friendly, has predesigned methods and allows you complete control throughout the run. This system is designed for 1/16” capillaries or 1/18” upon request.</p>
<p>A biocompatible buffer pump can perform an accurate binary or ternary gradient using the LPG valve block, which is attached. The conductivity monitor allows you to monitor your gradient throughout the run. Samples are introduced into the system using the buffer pump and integrated injection valve. The variable wavelength uv detector allows you to select the optimal wavelength for your application. The XY fraction collector collects your peaks by time, volume, slope or time windows.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bio Pilot Purification 250 is an FPLC system for scale-up and process applications on a laboratory scale, for purifications of milligram to gram samples. To enable the best configuration for each purification task, the system modules can easily be exchanged and added to. The system is controlled by PurityChrom® FPLC software. Pre-designed methods are included, the software is highly flexible for method development and you completely control your run. This system has a biocompatible buffer pump allowing you to perform an accurate binary or ternary gradient by using the LPG valve block, which is attached. The conductivity monitor allows you to monitor your gradient through the run. Samples are introduced into the system using the buffer pump and integrated injection valve. The variable wavelength UV detector allows you to select the optimal wavelength for your application. The XY fraction collector collects your peaks by time, volume, slope or time windows.</p>

<p>The AZURA pump P 2.1S (APG90EB) is developed for the eluent delivery with flow rates up to 10 ml/min and a maximum delivere pressure of 350 bar. This compact pump can easily be integrated into every HPLC system. It can be used as a small HPLC pump, an injection module or dosing pump. This device variant is the bio-inert version with a pump head made of ceramic.</p>

<td><span title="Due to their high resistance to wear and corrosion, aluminium oxide ceramics are used as a coating for mechanically stressed surfaces.
