The Bio Lab Purification 50 is a gradient system designed to purify more complex biomolecules on a laboratory scale. It is optimized for all FPLC applications including ion exchange, affinity chromatography and size exclusion. All modules are interchangeable and upgradable to ensure the optimal configuration for each purification task. A bio compatible buffer pump comes with two pump heads to perform a gradient between two buffers. The conductivity monitor enables you to monitor the gradient throughout the run. The samples is injected in the injection valve and substances are detected using the integrated single wavelength UV detectors. System includes a reliable fraction collector and is controlled by PurityChrom® FPLC software. The software is easy to use, highly flexible for method development, has pre-designed method that can easily be adapted by changing the column volume and you have complete control over the run.
