The biocompatible Back-Pressure Regulator provides a constant back-pressure, which prevents the formation of air bubbles after the column when the pressure created in the column is released. The Back-Pressure regulator has a completely biocompatible fluid path and a very small internal volume. The back-pressure is adjustable between 1 – 20 bar.
