The biocompatible Back-Pressure Regulator provides a constant back-pressure of 1,4 bar, which prevents the formation of air bubbles after the column when the pressure created in the column is released. The Back-Pressure regulator has a completely biocompatible fluid path and can be used for flowrates up to 220 ml/min. Contains fittings for 1/8″ and 1/16″ which are pressure resistant over 50 bar.
