The Air Sensor is used to detect end of buffer or end of sample. It thus protects the column from air damage and supports automatic sample injection.Upon detecting air, different functions can be programmed. The purification can be paused or stopped to prevent air from entering the system. Furthermore, after end of sample detection the software offers the possibility to automatically start or continue the run.The Air Sensor can only be used with KNAUER software PurityChrom®Bio.This Air Sensor is suitable for transparent tubings with 1/8″ outer diameter. This product contains one Air Sensor with wiring for up to for airsensors. You can order three additional Air Sensors (A70093-1, A70092-1). You can integrate up to four Air Sensors per system.
