										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Load your samples and press the START button. The tray rotates and the arm with the needle is aligned on top of the first sample vial to be processed.<br />
The needle is inserted in the vial at the programmable depth where the sample is aspirated by the built-in pump in order to fill the loop. The injection valve is then moved to the inject position and the sample is delivered to the HPLC system. Then, by using the on-board solvents, the needle and the whole flow-path are cleaned before processing the next sample.</p>
<p><strong>HT1500L/</strong> – uses standard consumables<br />
– offers the capability to automate up to 45 samples. By supporting multiple racks – each of them removable – allows for continuous feeding and convenient operation.</p>

Full loop is performed with very high accuracy values, while partial loop also allows sample saving. The variable fill<br />

<h2 class="table-module__header">LARGE SAMPLE CAPACITY</h2>
<p>HT4000L can handle up to 176 2ml-vials per run or it can work with different kinds of sample vessels. Inject samples out of vials (2/4/6/10/20/40 ml), test tubes, tube blocks or plates.<br />
Save on consumables avoiding needs for sample reformatting. Choose from standard racks or enquire for a custom design: custom racks pay for themselves in a few weeks. Furthermore, racks are easily interchangeable in order to allow quick switching across multiple configurations.No compromise in terms of solvent capacity and solvent selection: we have a wide capacity to accommodate the most challenging requests. Solvents can be located in vials (for accurate micro- or nano-volume dispensing) or in bottles (for large-volume dispensing). Additional solvents modules may also be implemented in the field in case requirements change over the time.No need for solvent degassing. <p>HT4000L can fully automate your sample prep. It can work as a standard HPLC autosampler. However you may want to delegate some sample preparation tasks: HT4000L can take care of them as no standard autosampler has been able to assist.</p>
<p>Dilution, precolumn derivatisation, pH spiking and internal standard addition are available within the standard<br />
version: no extra cost required. These operations can be performed in place or in an empty vial by sample dispatching.</p>
<p>If standard sample preparation capabilities are not enough, get the HTAPREP option. Using HTAPREP &#8211; lab automation software &#8211; you can add support to complex and custom autosampler methods. Design your own methods by Drag&amp;Drop of autosampler functions (e.g. draw, dispense, mix, inject&#8230;) and start processing samples with the smart processing engine that allows you to optimise productivity and reagent consumption.</p>

<p>The Autosampler AS 6.1L can inject from up to 768 positions when equipped with microtiter plates (either high or low formats) or from up to 108 standard 2 ml sample vials. Sample carryover is significantly minimized thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure. This autosampler is also fast and flexible: one complete sample injection cycle takes less than one minute, including needle wash. Three different injection modes are supported; “full loop filling” (highest precision and reproducibility), “partial loop filling” (variable volumes, e.g. for dilution series) and “µl pickup” (loss-free injection of extremely small sample volumes), allowing the user to optimize sample usage. The headspace pressure function prevents bubbles from forming in the vial during sample uptake. Precolumn derivatization is supported. Preparative version for sample volumes up to 10 ml with sample tray cooling (4 &#8211; 40°C).</p>

<p>The Autosampler AS 6.1L can inject from up to 768 positions when equipped with microtiter plates (either high or low formats) or from up to 108 standard 2 ml sample vials. Sample carryover is significantly minimized thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure. This autosampler is also fast and flexible: one complete sample injection cycle takes less than one minute, including needle wash. Three different injection modes are supported; “full loop filling” (highest precision and reproducibility), “partial loop filling” (variable volumes, e.g. for dilution series) and “µl pickup” (loss-free injection of extremely small sample volumes), allowing the user to optimize sample usage. The headspace pressure function prevents bubbles from forming in the vial during sample uptake. Precolumn derivatization is supported. Preparative version for sample volumes up to 10 ml.</p>

<p>The Autosampler AS 6.1L can inject from up to 768 positions when equipped with microtiter plates (either high or low formats) or from up to 108 standard 2 ml sample vials. Sample carryover is significantly minimized thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure. This autosampler is also fast and flexible: one complete sample injection cycle takes less than one minute, including needle wash. Three different injection modes are supported; “full loop filling” (highest precision and reproducibility), “partial loop filling” (variable volumes, e.g. for dilution series) and “µl pickup” (loss-free injection of extremely small sample volumes), allowing the user to optimize sample usage. The headspace pressure function prevents bubbles from forming in the vial during sample uptake. Precolumn derivatization is supported. With sample tray cooling (4 &#8211; 22°C) and biocompatible sample path.</p>

Sample carryover is significantly minimized thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure. This autosampler is also fast and flexible: one complete sample injection cycle takes less than one minute, including needle wash. Three different injection modes are supported; “full loop filling” (highest precision and reproducibility), “partial loop filling” (variable volumes, e.g. for dilution series) and “µl pickup” (loss-free injection of extremely small sample volumes), allowing the user to optimize sample usage. The headspace pressure function prevents bubbles from forming in the vial during sample uptake. Precolumn derivatization is supported. For high-pressure injections of up to 1240 bar, the autosampler is equipped with a so-called ILD™ valve (Intermediate Loop Decompression). This valve consists of a rotor-stator combination and includes a central port for depressurizing. For highpressure applications, the sample loop is depressurized prior to receiving the sample. This way, the sample is not diluted with solvent. Because the valve is switched extremely fast, pressure spikes are reduced. Analyses are more precise and wear of the column is reduced.</p>

<p>The Autosampler AS 6.1L can inject from up to 768 positions when equipped with microtiter plates (either high or low formats) or from up to 108 standard 2 ml sample vials. Sample carryover is significantly minimized thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure. This autosampler is also fast and flexible: one complete sample injection cycle takes less than one minute, including needle wash. Three different injection modes are supported; “full loop filling” (highest precision and reproducibility), “partial loop filling” (variable volumes, e.g. for dilution series) and “µl pickup” (loss-free injection of extremely small sample volumes), allowing the user to optimize sample usage. The headspace pressure function prevents bubbles from forming in the vial during sample uptake. Precolumn derivatization is supported. For high-pressure injections of up to 700 bar, the autosampler is equipped with a so-called ILD™ valve (Intermediate Loop Decompression). This valve consists of a rotor-stator combination and includes a central port for depressurizing. For high pressure applications, the sample loop is depressurized prior to receiving the sample. This way, the sample is not diluted with solvent. Because the valve is switched extremely fast, pressure spikes are reduced. Analyses are more precise and wear of the column is reduced.</p>

<p>The Autosampler AS 6.1L can inject from up to 768 positions when equipped with microtiter plates (either high or low formats) or from up to 108 standard 2 ml sample vials. Sample carryover is significantly minimized thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure. This autosampler is also fast and flexible: one complete sample injection cycle takes less than one minute, including needle wash. Three different injection modes are supported; “full loop filling” (highest precision and reproducibility), “partial loop filling” (variable volumes, e.g. for dilution series) and “µl pickup” (loss-free injection of extremely small sample volumes), allowing the user to optimize sample usage. The headspace pressure function prevents bubbles from forming in the vial during sample uptake. Precolumn derivatization is supported. For high-pressure injections of up to 700 bar, the autosampler is equipped with a so-called ILD™ valve (Intermediate Loop Decompression). This valve consists of a rotor-stator combination and includes a central port for depressurizing. For high pressure applications, the sample loop is depressurized prior to receiving the sample. This way, the sample is not diluted with solvent. Because the valve is switched extremely fast, pressure spikes are reduced. Analyses are more precise and wear of the column is reduced.</p>
