Load your samples and press the START button. The tray rotates and the arm with the needle is aligned on top of the first sample vial to be processed.
The needle is inserted in the vial at the programmable depth where the sample is aspirated by the built-in pump in order to fill the loop. The injection valve is then moved to the inject position and the sample is delivered to the HPLC system. Then, by using the on-board solvents, the needle and the whole flow-path are cleaned before processing the next sample.
